Fregni owned by Elvio Fregni & C. snc
Established on 1 December 1976 by Elvio Fregni in a small warehouse with the help of his wife Carla.
In September 1984, the company is proud and excited to move into its new premises – where it is still based today – and in 1993 it changes its single trader format to include their children Davide and Sonia in the business.
THE COMPANY
Forty years of experience
Building, assembling, and mechanical maintenance of industrial and civil systems such as: water/heat sanitation systems, fire prevention, gas, plumbing, ventilation, drying, steam, and diathermic oil systems.
The fully and adequately equipped in-house workshop allows to carry out:
- Welding on various positioners using TIG, electrode, and MIG processes, with the relevant licenses and certificates on materials such as carbon steel and stainless steel.
- Metal carpentry for the construction and pre-installation of metal structures, pipes, line equipment, which are then transported and installed on site. Galvanised pipes can be built with different joints: grooved, threaded, welded.
AREAS OF COMPETENCE
The use of special equipment allows the production of a range of tubes and pipes – water, gas, steam, diathermic oil, etc. for industrial use. Above ground work is carried out using a mobile aerial platform.

In Italy and abroad, plants are built in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations by specialists who use adequate state of the art equipment.
Staff, currently comprising 10 skilled operators, are highly competent, fully trained on security, and hold all required certificates.
The company collaborates with external chartered professionals to support its customers in all project stages.
